We’ve been up and running since 2012, which means that’s a lot of time spent created lasting relationships with facilities all over Australia. So we have plenty of contracts and work on.

You sure can. E4 Recruitment is Ausmed accredited, so you can maintain your CPD when working any of our contracts.

There’s a false rumour going around that once you get a contract, your career progression stops. WRONG! Contract work is one of the best ways to grow your clinical skills. You’ll be experiencing new locations, new skill sets, adapting and learning continuously.

 

We sure do. We won’t leave you stuck in the middle of Strahan with no buses scheduled for the next week. We have a dedicated travel team that also work after hours so you’re in safe hands. For contacts over 12 weeks, and within New Zealand, we can support with international and interstate travel – we’re good like that.

 

Each client we work with can differ in what accommodation they’re able to provide, but we can help cater for your unique situations on a case-by-case basis. This includes family accommodation, pets, partners, and is decided on an individual circumstance.

At E4 Recruitment, we’re all about filling staff gaps and shortages in healthcare recruitment, across aged care and remote nursing. We know the sector inside out and focus solely on the healthcare industry. We’re passionate about providing care to those that need it, which needs the right people who actually care.

We have a great reputation in the healthcare sector. That’s down to our candidates meeting healthcare facility expectations by following our high standards. They’re high for a reason.

Our E4 Healthcare uniform (it’s mainly bright pink and you can spot it out in space), needs to be worn and kept clean and tidy at all times. It comes in the form of polos and scrubs. Appropriate dark colour trousers need to be worn with it, please leave any skirts/jeans/tights/gym pants etc at home.

An E4 ID Badge needs to be worn at all times.

Minimal or no jewellery.

Hair needs to be well groomed and tied back if longer than shoulder length. Fingernails to be suitable length for nursing work (no long nails or polish).

Shoes need to be fully enclosed, you can leave your thongs at the beach.

When on a shift, if you find yourself with no tasks, please ensure you are actively looking for jobs to do. Checking in with senior staff in charge if they need a hand, or spend time with patients or residents. Getting to know them, speaking with them and providing emotional care goes a massive way.
